• Items must be in their original condition as received.

• Products must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for covering return shipping charges.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• You will be credited for the product cost plus any applicable taxes.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is approved.

• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Size-Related Returns & Exchanges

We confirm sizing with every customer before dispatch to avoid errors.

• Returns or exchanges due to sizing issues are not accepted, unless the size/color delivered differs from what was ordered or the product is defective.

• If you accidentally ordered the wrong size (and confirmed it via email/phone), we offer a flat 50% discount on a new order for the correct size.

• With this solution, you keep the original item, and we provide your new jacket at 50% off.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake:

• We will arrange a return and provide either a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Return Inspection & Approval

• Once your return is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements.
