Order Processing
All our products are handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, as our artisans carefully craft each piece with precision and attention to detail. Once completed, your order will be handed over to our shipping partner. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time
After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days to reach your address.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide, except to the following locations: Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free worldwide shipping on all orders over $600.
Couriers
To ensure fast and secure delivery, we partner with premium courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We reserve the right to select the most efficient courier based on your location.
APO / PO Box Deliveries
For safety and reliability, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.
Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order to understand potential additional charges. These costs are not included in the purchase price.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Tracking & Responsibility
When your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment with the courier.

If your order is held by the courier for any reason, or delivery attempts fail due to unavailability, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier directly.

If multiple delivery attempts fail, the courier may dispose of the parcel. We cannot be held liable in such cases.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. For any changes, please contact the courier service directly.
